At Road 17 N, we are committed to protecting your privacy and any information you share with us. We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell any information with any outside parties.

Any images you see on our website are used with the permission of the person or creator.

 

Shipping Policy

Road 17 N prides itself on great customer service. All of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days, once the payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping within Canada:

All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for most addresses. Shipping will be based on height, length, depth and weight. It will be charged based on Canada Posts current shipping rates.

*In unforseen events from Canada Post Strike, our current shipping rate may increase and all packages will be shipped using Purolator or FedEx.*

 

International Shipping (Outside of Canada)

All orders shipped outside of Canada will also be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 6-10 business days for most addresses. Shipping will be charged based on Canada Posts current shipping rates using length, width, height and weight measurements.

 

Lost Parcels:

Road 17 N does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly help with any information that we have in regards to your parcel.

 

Returns:

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We have a 14 day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges, yardage, rulers, patterns or kits, unless something is received broken or damaged. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Sale items may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition, meaning unopened packaging accompanied with a receipt. However, if we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the cost of return shipping. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem for you in a timely manner.
