Shipping policy

We ship everyday before 4:00pm.  We offer standard/express/expedited mailing options, depending on your location.  Once your order is processed, it will go with the mailing same day. certain situations will hold it back a few days

 YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE TYPE YOU WANT US TO SEND IT TO YOU.  Every expedited package sent with a tracking number includes $100 insurance automatically.  If more insurance is required, please ask. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you think your package is lost or stolen, please call your local post office and see what your steps are.  We can request and investigation for your package after that, call us with your ticket number.  It can take up to 2-3 weeks to process and receive a max of $100 from your order.

If you place an order and wish to have us send it standard letter-mail, there is NO tracking number included.  You will receive it approx. 10 business days later or longer.  It must fit the letter mail requirements and fit through the slot they allow.  Simply place your order with shipping and we will reimburse all but $5 (Canada only).  Put a comment in the NOTES section or email us separately.
